Shock Analysis

Shock Analysis

Testing sudden impact loads on a product and performing the test validation with finite element software with the acceleration data obtained from these test results, in the analysis of the sudden acceleration caused by the sudden fall of a vehicle suspension structure into a pit at high speed, the sudden explosion effect on a vehicle. Sudden loads (mine explosion, etc.) on all electronic components or all construction and vehicle structures within the scope of defence industry acceptances should be evaluated within the scope of shock analysis. Within the scope of MIL-STD-810 specification, G loads on pallets or rubber wheeled vehicles act in a certain millisecond period and are defined by certain shock profiles (sawtooth, square, sinusoidal, etc.). This information is a special request of the customer and can be analysed in the software environment over the agreed boundary conditions.
